No I called couple of times cust care and they said those charges ICICI have to pay for payback company and they can’t reverse it since they paid already to payback
Mistake I did is small quantities like 100 250 I redeemed it in Hp pay app for cylinder refill here and there whenever I saw points and not seen account for quite some time else I could have redeemed 1000 or 2000 points together

I also did the same mistake. I redeemed through pay with rewards in milkbasket

i didn't like icici at all ,they dont open 10k account they can open only 25k avg balance account from branch ,got out there and continued using hdfc
