ICICI Bank Account for Credit Card

Hi,

I've been wanting to get a Credit Card from ICICI Bank, I've tried 2-3 times to no avail, I don't have salary slip right now, and so I'm thinking of opening an account in ICICI Bank to get Credit Card offers, just like I opened an account in HDFC Bank (started getting credit card offers, yet to apply) at the start of this year. I have around 1L lying around in my bank account which I'll pay Credit Card bill later.

So, my question was, should I open zero balance account in ICICI or regular saving account with 10K MAB? Asking from pre-approved offers perspective. As far as I'm concerned, I'm more inclined towards zero balance account, but if it hinders me from getting Credit Card offers, I'd happily take 10K MAB regular savings account.

my sbi limit is only 15k . although i will cross 1 year on sept. salry grater 25k. govt emp. should i apply for it. last time declined as i did not have official mail

If SBI card is 1yr vintage,you can get it Ifsalary is >30k,you can get it,if govt employee >25k will do,

Guess I'm late for customer care now

Tried calling 18001020123, and initially it said to call between 7 AM and 9 PM, I selected "Application Status", and lol it actually connected to me a customer executive, and getting the customer ID was very smooth

Bad news, while trying to generate the password, the browser got closed and I can't generate password for 1 day now 😮‍💨

I was on the enter new password page, was thinking of password and switched apps for a second, kaboom browser gone off the RAM, page got reloaded and yeah tried again only to see that security message. Technically I didn't set my password, so basically ICICI locked me out for trying to generate the password. Now, will have to wait one whole day to see the credit limit and all 🥹

Yes I've applied twice before, and also tried for ICICI Platinum in November last year, finally got approved on the third attempt by going wild lol
