IBKR Review for US equity

As the title says, I'm looking for reviews on IBKR for foreign equity trading?

I'm looking for Irish domilice ETF as well as US listed stocks.

1. Also what's the eligibility to trade in leveraged etf in US ? I heard IBKR doesn't allow that out of the box

2. How's IBKR taxation reports ? I've heard vested gives really good reports for taxation but couldn't find any info regarding IBKR

3. What all are the charges apart from bank forex ones ?

4. Is IBKR Good for buy and hold ? I know they don't have dormant account fees anymore but just asking

5. Is customer support decent? I've heard it's not great but just wondering, do we even need urgent customer support in any case ?

Would really love reviews from folks here who've used this platform for US equity from India.

PS: I think I've already covered many doubts but if you feel there's something I should be aware of before diving in this, I would be really grateful if you could warn/guide me about it

Thanks in Advance!!

VWRL is all you need really for a buy and hold Irish dom ETF.

1. Not be a resident in India. It is RBI that doesn't permit margin/borrowing. You can run into FEMA issues if you borrow abroad as a resident Indian.
2. Not India compliant out of the box. You will need a CA/cleartax.
3. https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/pricing/commissions-home.php
4. Yes, the only truly global broker.
5. Mixed bag. Have read some horror stories on reddit mostly account closures on account of kyc/aml issues. I've never really used CS so far.

IBKR is the best option I have found for direct global investing available to Indian residents. Not that they don't have issues. Check the ibkr subreddit for more.
