I got icici sapphiro as ltf with 5 lac limit

I just received dual version of icici sapphiro as ltf but with just 5 lac limit. My other icici Amazon pay card has limit of 8 lac. Why did they offer me sapphiro with less limit?
Also can I expect they someday upgrade me to emerald pvc as ltf?

Yes, it is possible to get emeralde pvc as ltf, many of them have it. Only advantage would be better BMS offer, reward structure is equally bad as sapphiro.
