I AM RICH

Oh thank GOD you posted this. I was lying awake at night, wondering — is anyone on Technofino rich? And here you are, shining like a black card in a sea of Rupay Classics.

It's like Warren Buffet announcing his net worth on a WhatsApp group for cashback hacks!

Tell me more - what do rich people eat for breakfast? Cashback cereal with almond milk from cows massaged with Miles & More points?

Also, while we’re on the topic — getting an average of ~13% savings on spends is a far better calculation than chasing 15% returns on savings. But hey, what do we know… we’re just the smart poor 🙂

The reality of most cc geeks is this:

They will do everything in their power to over optimize their spends so that they forget that their income is the thing that needed focus after all, not getting dopamine hits by finding a bug/trick to get mere challeeeseee rupayaya

Regards

Title of this thread is so unusual.

I thought let's see how rich people do things. But ah! Sad, not got what I was looking for.

Best way to save money is to make money ♻️

Oh, brilliant — you have now entered LinkedIn philosopher's mode 🙂

Absolutely groundbreaking!

This kind of insight only comes once in a generation — like Newton discovering gravity or someone realizing water is wet.

By that logic, the best way to breathe is to inhale. The best way to be tall is to grow. And the best way to swim is to not drown.

Here’s the reality, my rich friend: Anyone can earn. The real flex is optimizing what you earn. Because while income has limits (unless you’re printing money at home), smart savings are exponential — stacking cashback, points, offers, arbitrage, and timing.

By the way - wow, just realised there is a philosopher in me too! Or rather here I channel Naval Ravikant for you "wealth isn’t just what you earn — it’s what you keep, what earns while you sleep, and how little you need to chase".

The best way to save… is to stop thinking we are above basic math 🙂

LOL this is a nice thread. Infact credit card spending and investing are two opposite poles.
Earning cashbacks, reward points and miles, optimising spends is on one side, while earning more and getting better returns on investments is at the other side.
Rich people also care about cashbacks, rewards and better lifestyle.
They enjoy premium memberships, loyalty benefits and status upgrades.
Normal people give importance to cashbacks, rewards and lounge access.
Best of both worlds are needed. There are crorepathis in this forum, both in terms of investments and reward points.
In this forum, someone having 10L in FD is not as great as someone who has 10L Mariott points, or 5L edge miles. 😉 😛

You can do both actually. I am doing that.

Like the other day I was looking to buy gold jewellery for my wife, I saw the post about 10x Smartbuy Mantra offer and the 8% coupon code, I ordered a 10g mia coin. Today I exchanged the gold coin while buying the jewellery. It saved me like 30% on gold value of 10g

Do I really need the extra cashback or rewards? Most probably no but it makes me happy and that is priceless.

Thats what I said earlier

చేసేది సర్కసు
వచ్చేది అర కాసు
మళ్లీ అందులో తిరకాసు
ఎందో అరిoదం బాసూ

Even that does not stay. Funny.

Sure arindoms ways are not for many.

Abhi SBI CB Approve hua unnecessary 1K ke voucher le liye only 5% mil rha hai uske liye..

And ab itna time bhi de rha tha us transa. Pe cb mila ya nahi.

Bahut baar hum cashback ke piche bhagte hai aur unwanted spend ho jata. ( Most of the time in my case )

Abhi myntra pe offer tha levis jeans ka already kaafi branded jeans pade hai fir bhi 2-3K order maar diya. 😆

Usme bhi myntra voucher leke jo atma ko shanti milta vaah 7% off pe le rha hu. 😆
