did not work when tested last time (apprx. 4 months back)

I paid my HSBC credit card bill on 4th August, but it has not been yet updated (evening of 5 Aug), what went wrong? I have BBPS reference id, but BBPS website is not tracking my bill payment either, whenever i enter BBPS txn id on the website, it sends sms to my mobile, but shows an error before i could get the box to enter otp. Does HSBC take time in updating the bill? As the due date of my bill payment was 4 Aug, if the payment got delayed, i will be charged late payment fee?

In my experience HSBC usually takes 3 days to reflect in statement but It always shows the date paid after 3 days. you have to wait till 7th to see in app. anyways there is 3 days of grace period after the due date in case of full payment of cc bill. so You can wait till 7th and then inform hsbc cc if the payment is not reflecting with your proof.

It will take 3 working days. Once shown in statement, date of bill payment is considered.

I paid bill on last due date that was 2Aug, updated today in the statement. Don't worry if transaction was successful
