HSBC Live+ Cashback Card 10%, 1.5%, 0% Offer Fullfilment Sheet - MCC

Inspired by SBI Cashback Card Sheet and Swiggy HDFC MCC Code website, I went ahead and started a HSBC Live+ Cashback Card sheet.

By default, most Swiggy 5% and SBI 5% cashback merchants in grocery would qualify for HSBC Live+, however I would only request you to add those which you have actually transacted for.

One USP of this is to also see which Grocery and Dining merchants (offline) use correct MCCs to credit 10% Cashback.

Off topic but do we get cashback on EMI transactions? If yes, is it 1.5%? And do EMI spends count for annual fee waiver?

no cashback on EMIs, but i believe they might add EMIs to annual fee waiver. Pls connect their chat support.

Got this reply from chat support. So I think we do get cashback.

Thank you very much for being online. Cashback will be calculated on the transaction merchant category code. So if the transaction is coming under an eligible category and if it's converted into EMI, the eligible cashback will be given on the transaction amount.

Nopes I do that immediately after the transaction is made

I always do some initial 10 rs trxn first and gets the MCC code to be eligible for sure 😃

hey will it give 10% cashback for buying myntra voucher from magicpin?? and if there's some mcc then which merchant name will give 10% cashback?

is it merchant EMIs eligible? Banks usually give points/cb for bank EMIs but not merchant EMIs.

The support executive clearly said said cashback will be as per mcc. Does this not imply that merchant emis are eligible?
