So HSBC Travel One blows Axis Atlas out of the water? Suddenly the 10% return on Atlas which everyone was celebrating looks like nothing. And it is not just that, with the 30k transfer capping and no travel benefits whatsoever Atlas now looks like an overall far inferior card now.

Too bad HSBC is unserviceable in my location else would've got Travel One long back.

But this is solely from a pure traveller perspective correct? Atlas still is great for offline swipe and for GV purchases.

Yes, absolutely. Atlas is still the best for offline, no contest. But as a travel card it doesn't really shine anymore. Also the 30k transfer capping is ridiculous.
