Cashback credited with adjustment of cashback for an amount of purchase of Apr which got reversed in May. So cashback also got reversed. Otherwise, it's correct to decimal place.

Update: Got it today. Got cash back for transaction on ebix and Savesage. Got cashback on Freecharge till my transaction dated 23rd Apr. Next transaction was done on 26th and I did not receive on that. I had by chance checked with customer care around the same time and the MCC had changed to 6012 which is no more eligible and I had not done any further transactions through Freecharge. So per my understanding, Freecharge has MCC of 6012 now and is not eligible anymore while Ebix and Savesage may still be eligible if they still have MCC of 4900 and 7392 respectively.

I was also using freecharge before, and you are right.
I did cc bill payments on freecharge till 22 April. which gave the cashback.

But i did not received anything from May month onwards, I was not keeping track of the mcc code changes,
I did all of my cc bill payments for May, June, July through freecharge and I am going to loose all the cb 🙁

As per my understanding customer care denies cb on utility 4900 mcc but i assume freecharge was 4900 before they change to 6012 and 4900 was still fetching cb.

2 days back i did a transcatioon on save sage and today asked about the mcc and they confirmed the mcc was 7392.
I assume you have got cashback in the past with 7392 mcc right ?
