Hi Friends,

hp pay app load wallet via credit card which card is having zero charges kindly share your experience about the rewards/CB for this transactions.

FYI my holding cards are SC Manhattan, HDFC Regalia, IndusInd Legend and ICICI Apay as well as LTF Coral.

Guys update as of 6th july 2024:
Recently, ICICI has disable fuel transactions on their fastags. DYOR before loading bulk amt in ICICI tags

Courtesy @Sriim for the ICICI tag holders to enable options of fuel by ICICI tags:
You need to login to ICICI etoll website using your fastag customer ID and password. It will show up fuel enabled yes or no in one of the tag detail menu options

I can't see my icici fastag mapped with hp pay balance.. It shows 0 but I have balance. Anyone else facing this issue? Also if it shows 0 will it work for payment if I topup my fastag?

Thanks for checking, actually mine also shows mapped but wasn't fetching balance. But I tried again now and it does show balance too.

I use hppay app and see whether it gets debited

So I did try to pay through hp pay using icici fastag and it kept showing an error "record not found"

I recently bought IDFC fasttag for fuel payment at HP Petrol bunks. Found one nearby that accepts HP Pay. Went to pay with fasttag balance, OTP received but the popup to enter OTP wasn't shown and an error was thrown. Should I complete my vehicle's verification or HP Pay KYC to remove this error? Any idea?

The app is sometimes slow like that. You have to wait for the popup to appear without touching/clicking on anything. Even after entering OTP, it might take a few seconds sometimes

App is damn slow. I always need to park my vehicle aside and then app takes another 5 sweet minutes to complete the payment.

I have 5G, the problem is not the app being slow. It is the error i get like @cctrick. I uninstalled and reinstalled, remapped the fasttag but still nothing. Hope HP can fix this issue and release an update.

Tip - saw from professor cardz youtube channel that he is also facing the same issue and he is paying using fasttag sale via dtp machine available at bunk. Only con is we will not get 1% HP coins back.

Wherever HPPay is accepted, they will have a DTP POS machine. It will be either a Paytm machine or ICICI machine (mostly paytm). In the machine they will have an option called sale, ask the bunk person to choose sale, choose fasttag option, enter mobile number, last 4 digits of vehicle number and you will receive OTP. Enter OTP and fasttag sale should happen.

Because I once asked at iocl bunk to pay through icici fastag and they had no idea what I am talking about.
