Hi Friends,

hp pay app load wallet via credit card which card is having zero charges kindly share your experience about the rewards/CB for this transactions.

FYI my holding cards are SC Manhattan, HDFC Regalia, IndusInd Legend and ICICI Apay as well as LTF Coral.

Guys update as of 6th july 2024:
Recently, ICICI has disable fuel transactions on their fastags. DYOR before loading bulk amt in ICICI tags

Courtesy @Sriim for the ICICI tag holders to enable options of fuel by ICICI tags:
You need to login to ICICI etoll website using your fastag customer ID and password. It will show up fuel enabled yes or no in one of the tag detail menu options

Anyone got the error below. I used the idfc fastag in hp pay once and i downloaded fast forward (idfc fastag app). Now it is giving this error

I also faced this issue today on IDFC Fastag while on the other hand, ICICI Fastag worked without any issue.

I have Amazon ICICI fastag and it works for fuel payments. Only newly issued Amazon pay ICICI fastag doesn't work for fuel payments

Can you please share when did you got the Amazon Fastag?

I had received around a year ago and customer care is denying that it is not allowed for co-branded Fastag.

Interestingly ICICI recently asked me to verify RC, long after issuing the fastag, which is weird because Fastag are not issued without RC.
Seems like another ICICI KYC issue which could be common as I have not searched for it.

You will not able to do payment, it will show you 0 balance in fastag and you will get a prompt mentioning insufficient balance

For peace of my, you can send email to ICICI customer care, and maybe send one to amazon customer care requesting the same.

Not sure why ICICI is differentiating FASTag in such a way.
