How to use SBI Spend Analyzer?

I have 9k + cashback on my SBI Cashback card issued last year. As the year is ending and I don't want to pay annual charges. I want to know my actual spending on my card.
But Spend analyzer on Mobile app is not working for me and Spend analyzer on it's website have a different story. Why is this others transaction in negative? Does it counts PAYTM VISA payments as negative?

If you want to know how much you've spent, you can simply call them or mail them, and they'd confirm. This way, it'd be more authentic than using the spend analyser.
