How to upgrade to Regalia Gold LTF from current HDFC IOCL Credit Card?

I was approached by a 3rd party employee saying I have approval for LTF HDFC credit card. I told them I will only apply if I can get Regalia Gold LTF. They said yes and processed it without telling me that it was not Regalia gold. Few days after the application submission and approval, I received a welcome email for my credit card and found out that it was HDFC IOCL Rupay CC. How can I upgrade it to Regalia gold LTF? I have a salary account with HDFC and my salary is above the required salary for Regalia Gold.

1. To not activate the card and try with retention team.
2. You can mail grievance team to resolve your issue, check forum for the Email IDs.
