How to share airport lounge access with a family member without accompanying them?

Yes, Primary and Add-on share the same features.

No issues try swiping the card directly.

Bangalore T2 lounge access on HSBC Premier add-on card worked by directly swiping it(domestic flight). However, they had this strict rule of allowing inside only 2.5 hours prior the flight departure time.

I accessed Bengaluru T2 080 Domestic SideLounge on 30th September with IDFC Ashva, and I used another(Bob Sapphire DC) card for my Mom's entry.
If the cardholder is present with you then no worries.
Also, lounge access is shared between the add-on cardholder and the primary cardholder in the case of domestic. For International Lounge Access, you need PP for some cards, and some work on direct swipe.

I wanted to check if you were successfully able to access the lounge directly on the add-on card?

I have used an Add-on card for Railway and Airport Lounge Access previously.

Bhaiyo i want to share my domestic and international lounge access for my friend and his wife. They will be travelling through Delhi to portugal and then to europe and back to Delhi. Kindly guide how to share the lounge access using dreamfolks or i can try to give my physical credit card to them as well if it facilitates entry to lounge. Which is more easy entry through QR code (Dreamfolks) or physical card swipe (But with my name and i am not accompanying them). ?? Kindly help.

You can try generating qr code (also share atleast dream folks card to them for a safer side)
