My SBI CC has transactions on POS "was declined as you have crossed Domestic POS Trxns. limit of Rs.5,000.00 for current billing cycle."

How can I modify this via WhatsApp or YONO via mobile?
(Don't wish to use the SBI cards app)

And what are trxn limits for billing cycles?
I've seen daily or per transaction limits, but this is new.
