Axis Atlas How to make payment remotely?

As Axis is not allowing add-on cards, is there any way to make payments remotely? I want a family member living in a different state to access my card to make payments ~50,000 for an upcoming hospital expense spread across 3 months.

Is there any way to do this without physically going there?

1. Check if the hospital accepts online payment or if they can provide a payment link.
2. Disable your card temporarily and courier it.
