How to make a profile post

Hi,
Can someone please help me how to make a profile post.
I tried searching before posting this thread but could not find any previous thread or in wiki.

You need more points to become TF Select.
> 2) TF Select - Unlock Signature access in text format + Unlock access to create up to 10 public Community Groups + Join up to 20 groups + you can create profile post.
