How to know if a transaction will have dynamic currency conversion or forex charges ?

sometimes (only sometimes).. turn off intl txn limits and if its failed, enable and if its success then its forex..
but most of the time, u dont until txn got settled and sometimes after statement generated..
a test transaction and customer call helps..

ECom is always forex. At PoS you have to choose how do you want to pay? If you select at local currency then it will be a forex transaction, if you choose at home currency then it will be DCC. Be aware sometime the person at the counter choose that option, you have to inform to choose local currency (currency of that country).
