Is there any option for SBI life time free credit cards for SBI salary savings account holders? Tricks are welcomed to get a LTF SBI card.

Take unnati, cancel after 3yrs, apply again. This is LTF. No GST or cgst or sgst. Take on MC platform

As far as I know, SBI unnati card WAS a Secured credit card, which is now Discontinued. BoB has also launched a co branded Unnati credit card, no info on availability though.

Unnati card has been discontinued by SBI cards. Re-confirmed by customer care and BM of the local branch.

Cashback card has come to market recently only (4 months before) I don't think people would have got even limit enhancement on it after using it heavily. Also SBI don't give LTF cards easily. Also its currently FYF so customer care also will not take LTF requests for it.

Put closure request and ask them to make LTF or tell them you will close it.

Boom, you will get card closure message instantly 😜.

SBI he vo, you have to use card for few years then only they will entertain but that too not for cashback card.

SBI BPCL card is having lowest spend requirements for fee waiver ie 50K and carries annual fees of 500.

Either spend 200k and get fee waiver or spend minimum 24k on things that give you 5% cashback. This 24k gives cashback of 1200 which is more than annual fee of 999+gst. So net it becomes zero annual fee for you.

But then the whole point of 5% back is gone at 24k. Might as well have used any card if it was just to even out.
