How to get Emirates Emeralde or plain vanilla variant LTF with salary account

Hi Everyone, I have recently opted for a salary account with Icici and they are telling me that I can only get LTF Saphhiro card along with my salary account. But I don't want that and only interested in either Emirates Emeralde or plain vanilla variant because of lounge access without any spend constants. Just to give a context,

Current CTC - 38L
Net salary monthly - 2.25 L
Existing ICICI cards - Amazon Pay with 9L limit
Had Sapphiro FYF earlier with 7.5 L limit but closed after a year of usage

Is there any way I can get Emeralde LTF by negotiating hard or should I settle for LTF Sapphiro now and wait for LTF Emeralde offer to come in future? Please suggest me how to take this forward. Appreciate your valuable suggestions.

Is there any way to get LTF Emeralde? For ex - by doing FD or creating a new demat account in Icici direct or creating a new PPF account. I don't want to spend 75K just to get a lounge access so.

Also, does opting for LTF Sapphiro now has more chances of getting LTF emeralde in future or opting out has the better chance ?
