How to get BoB snapdeal GV pin

Got 250*2 snapdeal vouchers for BoB snapdeal CC. While redeeming it is asking for Voucher Pin. I had received only Voucher code. No pin they sent in SMS. what to do. Expiry is on 30th April.

Did you register a complaint to BOB for this voucher? If yes then can you share that email id.

It's a discount coupon not a gift voucher. You can use it as discount coupon on the payment page. Use mobile app to order.

Bro, I've already tried on both website & app... But there's no field to input coupon.

Just checked they have removed apply coupon option on the payment page. Contact Snapdeal support to fix this issue.

Snap deal Customer care is useless. They are asking to approach BoB customer care when I told them there is no option to apply coupon in Snapdeal's payment page.

Same issue here but I know where to get response from BOB Card for now atleast. Reach out them on their verified facebook page . they often respond in 72hrs.
