How To Convert ICICI Credit Card LTF?

I hold ICICI CORAL and ICICI HPCL CC.
I want to convert both as LTF or else I'm going to close both.
I tried over call but they denied.
To who should I send a mail? and what to mail so that they convert to LTF?

ICICI case i'm unable to get any LTF cards with my current coral LTF.
So only way is spend based waivers if u've that much usage

I completed the spend based waiver condition this time but it's useless coz these are entry level cards n I don't want to spend on these cards coz of poor reward rate that's why I was thinking to make these LTF.

Except for Amazon pay, ICICI cards have low reward rates. Close all paid ones.

call ccc and get all variant. they will issue 1 of each variant, 6 is less you can have 15+

yes their reward system all these years is waste payback 25p value 1 point and in 2022 they said own rewards pattern but that also not attractive, apay card is the best from ICICI rest all no use
