How to check rewards per transaction on ICICI Emeralde Private Metal card - Query

I am unable to find where i can check the rewards pre transaction for my ICICI Emerald Private Metal card. Can anyone share the path if we have one

Accelerated points show up directly in the statement. My accelerated points for transaction in Feb 2025 has been credited in April 25 statement, however the calculation doesn't add up at all.

How do you know that accelerated points of Feb were given in April? Just by seeing that total regular points don't add upto points earned this month

no, icici bank response is pathetic. With such issues, people will prefer Infinia only

Its honestly an assumption that it may be for Feb, but in any case even if I take either Feb or Mar or combination it doesn't add up.

Is anyone seeing issue while using the ICICI EMeralde Pvt Metal reward points? I am unable to get the OTP needed to use the points while booking hotel.
On the other hand I also have Saphiro card points, for which I m getting OTP immeidately.

I have attempted from last 2 days. Called the customer care as well. Initially they responded that you should try after sometime but after much persistence they have filed a ticket.

I see the reward points against every transaction and a summary of accelerated reward points in the statement. Response is similar across EPM, Infinia and DCB, have had hits and misses. They have a long way to go to get to Amex or HSBC levels.
