Just visit their website and make your account. You are happy to go for report.
Your CIBIL score will not affected if you check again and again. I would recommend you to download OneScore for checking your CIBIL and Experian reports and it's free.

I have signed up for One score app. Thanx its a really great app. They send a detailed experian report on my E-mail, is there any way to get CIBIL report on E-mail from One score app?

I can see both Experian and CIBIL in my App. Don't know why you are not getting them both.

I can also see both Experian and CIBIL in my App. but they send me a detailed Experian report on my E-mail, I am talking about that.
If possible, avoid checking thro' third-party apps. You are just opening yourself up for spam.

Now days it's Easy to get free cibil report so you not need any subscription.(please note iam not write any paid subscription like banks cibil official etc.)

You can create a account on CIBIL and ask for a free report. Once your account is created, they let you download the report on a Desktop class browser only.
