How to Cash a USD Visa Gift Card?

I have got a Visa Prepaid Gift Card worth 100 USD in a raffle. It is not being accepted at many online services due to prepaid card nature of it.

I want to basically cash it in my bank account somehow or load in some wallet like Amazon or MobiKwik and pay my bills.

Also, while using the card I'm getting option to pay in INR or USD. Which option would be better in terms of forex / conversion charges?

I was in the same boat when I went to Canada, my flight was late and they offered me a prepaid Visa card of 20 cad. After searching the internet I came to know I could add the money to Starbucks wallet. It worked but the card wasn't accepted anywhere even on amazon.

I made a trial purchase of few dollars using Zepto 😃 But I don't want to spend it all on groceries. I wish to pay some bills and stuff

Perhaps you can use at Uber, Airbnb etc.?
In most cases, its better to spend in local currency (INR) so the conversion is provided by Visa and it is consistent.
If we pay in USD, the conversion depends on the point of sale.

Got it. Will try using INR and report back 👍🏻 I was looking for wallet options where I can safely offload this amount and use it like cash as the GC validity is only 6 months
