How to activate Fitpass pro Voucher received from BoB Snapdeal

Hi,

I received Fitpass 360 Voucher from BoB Snapdeal card.

My question is how to redeeem the voucher as there is no option in Fitpass App and website to redeeem any vouchers.

How do i activate the 6 month membership?

Or whatsapp offer screenshot which was for snapdeal FITPASS PRO membership,
I didn't received membership code and after email they are asking offer screenshot.
