After this new devaluation, seriously how many of you guys are actually gonna close their cards. I hold 2 cards & i’m not closing any of them. They’re still good to me. Neo & Airtel.

write to RBI may be, also employees are leaving from Axis bank in massive numbers due to toxic work culture. 1 year go they used to hire 2 times a year(for AM & above posts) now they recruit every month to retain employees, so there will be a point Axis will not get enough employees to run basic operations

Try to get retention offer. After you get it redeem it and then cancel.

50k spend in last 3 months to avail lounge benefit, removal of insurance/gold spends for rewards- these are dumb moves for M4B. 10L balance or 30L TRV seems not enough for Axis. They'll need to learn a lesson by losing customers who maintain huge NRV.

Correct. Gold and insurance payments are our major spends using M4B. Now they will not be eligible for rewards after this devaluation.

Depends on the purpose of his Burgundy account. If he is already holding Burgundy or Net Salary more than 3L or having FD's part of his investment doesn't matter right.

If his sole purpose of Burgundy was M4B then it's waste as you mentioned
