Frankly I have not jumped in Dhan full time. But it looks good so far.

IIFL - My first demat account
SBI - Miss sold by agent decade ago as FREE used it for some but charges were quite high tried closing it but was unable to close it due to the fact SBI being SBI still paying AMC
Zerodha - Primary trading account
Dhan - Opened for its great tech platform using it for analysis

I came to know Zerodha has a BSBDA demat account with zero/₹100 charges. I will check it out.
If having more than 1 demat apart from Zerodha the BSBDA benefits are no longer available in Zerodha...
You can use account closure cum holding transfer to other Demat account in case you want to close SBI Demat.

How to close HDFC Securities?
I don’t fall in BSBDA category but it is fine as I use it.
Tried my level best to close it running office to office, desk to desk.
I’m not holding anything in SBI now it’s just a dormant account.
Than simply closure request will work, in case you are no longer interested to keep it.

I tested DHAN App when it was launched - they started with good offers on bill payments (like Cred, Cheq, Mobikwik and now Kotak811).
After the bill payment offers stopped, I said NO to all these.
Are you referring to Dhani?
Bcz i am associated with Dhan since the beginning and don't remember it offering bill payments.
Dhan is a stock broker since the start.
I think that was Dhani app, not Dhan app.

Sir, I think that was a different app.
I too got confused between Dhan and Dhani and didn't touch them for years.
Few months ago, right in this forum, I realised my confusion and signed up for DHAN App.
Both are in Financial World but meant for different usage..
Dhani is from Indiabulls Group(LOAN, Bill Pay, Payment/Card etc)
Dhan is from Raise Financial Service backed by FI.(Stock Market)

FYI Now Groww offers online Demat account for HUF PAN. Only broker to go paperless for HUF
