How long does Axis IOCL card takes to post edge rewards?

I got axis IOCL card, made 500 petrol transaction got the reward poitnd in edge portal on 19th, that's a 4 day gap

Since the I've made Petrol transactions on

18,24,25, even if I consider 18th..its already been 7 days since I made the transaction and still no no points credited expect for the first transaction. How long should I wait before contacting axis?
