Wallet is in partnership with IDFC first bank...VPA is customizable but they charge some amount for same (I do not remember exact amount).

Upto 50k per annum can be added without PAN...Using it for my teenage child without any issues.

Mostly UPI transaction sent on email. For SMS transaction charges are Rs.50/Year.

I opened an account for my sister, works fine but only for small ticket purchases. You have to pay to deposit more than 5k.
Better to open a zero balance account if you are 16+.
