It's a simple blood test and urine test.
Here it is:
Go to thyrocare website and try to login with your mobile number, it will not work, shady af, I know.
But you will instantly call from a call center person and they will ask which package you want.
If you say you have a voucher for Arogyam Basic test, they ask is it from a Rupay voucher. Just say yes 😑.
They may also sell another small test to you, I got test for vit D & B12 for ₹399, (usual cost is 1500—2k), seemed like a good deal.
They will ask for all details in WhatsApp.
You need to give name, age, email, address, landmark, date+time of appointment (usually early morning with fasting for 10-12 hrs, eg: 7am).
The phlebotomist will arrive on the day and collect samples and the reports will be sent in a pdf in WhatsApp and email by evening.
Pretty seamless. No issues.

Depends on bank. Most banks give quarterly renewal for all vouchers . OTT is yearly.

You can create a login in the rupay website & check for yourself. You can add multiple cards too afaik.

It's not mine.
It was called Women's Advantage and opened 4-5 years ago. MAB is like 1k or 2k. I think it's now called Mahila Shakti or similar, please don't quote on this. Am not a customer of Bob.
