How do I activate "Free 6 Month's FitPass Pro Membership" using Eterna ?

Hi , I've received BOB Eterna earlier this month.
I am trying to activate FitPass Pro membership that comes with Eterna and I couldn't able to find the activate section inside the app. Can anyone help me on this .

But FitPass Pro is worst, they don't pay the money to the GYM's so all the GYM's in my area doesn't work with them.

Fit Pro with Eterna is the good one being offered withe cards, but acceptance remains a big issue.

In tier 2 cities most gym owners will generally refuse to honor.

In Tier-1 cities, and there also primarily in posh areas they generally accept but the Gym people give u a second class citizen feeling.

Instructors will avoid giving u advice and keep them busy with other people even if they are not busy indeed.

Further they insist on subscribing to their PT classes or monthly subscriptions also at reduced rates.
