Has anyone availed home loan transfer through my money mantra?

Are they legit and safe? How to be safe from any mis-selling or scam? Any pointers on same will be helpful.


More details:

I have a home loan with SBI at 8.85% and my money mantra is offering transfer to HDFC at 8.4%.

And quoting the total charges informed by them:

You may try directly with HDFC bank also. Directly also they are offering 8.4%. You have to calculate the additional benefit of MODT. If its appealing for you, may you use moneymantra.
