Help needed in filling mobile declaration form

I already hold hdfc tata neu and applied for LTF Swiggy card through my alternate member (I do not have any other relationship with HDFC). The application got rejected and on escalation i was told that , the application got rejected because there was a mobile number mismatch. I was sent a self declaration form.

Now my doubt is, i don't know what to fill the column which asks for liability/loan number. Where to find the liability or loan number? Any help would be highly appreciated.

I do not have savings account with them. Cibil report has account number. I was confused between the credit card number and the account number
