Help Needed – Unable to File Complaint Against KIWI App (KlickYes Credit Card) on RBIO – Account Deleted Without Consent

I’m here to raise a serious concern and seek guidance about the KIWI app, which provides the Klick Yes Bank credit card in partnership with banks. I am facing a troubling issue and cannot find a way to resolve it through regular or official channels.


What Happened:​

  • A few weeks ago, my KIWI account was deleted without my knowledge or consent.
  • I have never requested account deletion, and I was shocked to see that my account was suddenly inaccessible.
  • Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails to their customer support and grievance redressal teams — but they keep replying with the same copy-paste message, without addressing any of my specific queries.
  • What’s more frustrating is that when I contacted their grievance email, the response came from the same generic customer support email ID — it seems both are handled by the same team, which is a violation of RBI grievance norms.

Unfair Treatment:​

  • A few months ago, my friend also faced an account deletion issue with KIWI — but in their case, the account was restored after a complaint was raised.
  • In contrast, I am being told that “once deleted, an account cannot be reopened”, which clearly shows inconsistency and unfair treatment.

RBIO Complaint Not Possible:​

  • I tried filing a complaint on the RBI Ombudsman portal RBIO.
  • But KIWI is not listed as a regulated entity, and when I called the RBIO toll-free number, they confirmed that KIWI is not a registered NBFC or bank on their platform.
  • It’s deeply concerning how a company that issues credit cards (in partnership with banks) is not under RBI oversight or visible in the RBIO portal.

Need Help With:​

  1. How can I file an official complaint against KIWI, since RBIO doesn’t list them
  2. Has anyone else faced similar account deletion or customer service issues with KIWI?

Any help, guidance, or shared experience would be highly appreciated. This kind of behavior by fintech companies is unacceptable, and users should not be left helpless.




 
Name of the Kiwi App parent company is GoKiwi technologies private limited. Search that, if it’s still not available you can send a mail to rbi ombudsman by giving the company’s details address etc or You Can even complain to National Consumer Helpline, If you share the company name & registered Office Address, & Your problem they will take care of it

Ya I know that it js registered as Gokiwi but that is also not coming, called customer support they are not ready to take complain citing that if the name is not registered they cannt take complain, now thinking of raising in NCH but their I dont think that they will help in this case they simply close the complain citing bogus reply.
