Help me to remove kyc details from indsind bank provided by paytm/Airtel

Please provide details of someone who can help me to remove kyc details at Indsind bank provided by paytm/airtel because it is not letting me apply card at new location.
I don't know why it show a customer id is there. But I don't have any relationship with the bank

kyc details often override based on latest data, no one can deny card based on past non serviceable location. if u have latest address proof, u can easily apply and submit during application.

customerid generated when (any one below)
- do fd
- savings account
- personal loan
- gold loan
- or any kind of other loans
- credit card

etc.

Actually I was proceeding for Pinnacle through an agent, and he told me I have an existing relationship (m customer id)

did ur cibil contains anything like indus, maybe opened and closed.?

but anyway, old location linked to account not affect new application..

try to apply online by yourself.

Sadly its non solvable problem.
U can't erase customer id
