ICICI Credit Card Help me Choose - MMT Signature vs MMT Revised

CURRENTLY HAVE 3 CARDS: APAY, CORAL AND MakeMyTrip (OLD)

I'm debating choosing ICICI MakeMyTrip Card (NEW VERSION) offered with 0 Joining Fee

Pros:

• You get both Rupay and Mastecard together
• No Joining Fee and Annual Fee is reversed as MMT Voucher everytime
• Rewards on UPI Spends and Lowest Forex Fee
• LOUNGE Access with No Spend Criteria
• MMT Black Included
  
  Cons:​
• Worried if Card is excluded from Sales Offers
• Would have to close Coral and Old MMT afterwards
• Limit may not be shared with existing?
• MasterCard in place of VISA Signature
