Help! Kiwi Yes Bank Card Approved but Can’t Link to App After Missing Activation Period

Hi everyone,

I applied for a Kiwi Yes Bank Credit Card on August 3, 2024, via the Kiwi app. I didn’t hear back for days, so I assumed it was rejected and uninstalled the app. Today, I reinstalled the app and found out the card was approved on September 4, 2024. However, I can’t link it to the app, likely because I missed the 37-day activation period (it’s been months now).

Has anyone faced this issue? Is the card still active, or has it been closed per RBI guidelines? What steps can I take to activate or reissue it?

I think Max card was closed.
Better contact the kiwi team,
Lets hope they will reconsider your application.
