HDFC Tata Neu Infinity vs SBI Phonepe Black

I have HDFC Bank's Tata Neu Infinity FYF Credit Card, so I want to know if it is okay to apply for the new credit card launched by SBI Phonepe Black? Because I am not able to use the full benefits of HDFC Tata Neu Infinity Card because there is no Tata brand service available here and therefore I am not able to use my accumulated neucoin.

But 5% ecomm cb sbi wins there is no restriction like tata card

how can i redeem sbi phonepe rewards which i earned.. Because everyone is talking about the benefits, but I would like to know in detail how to redeem that benefit that will be given in the form of reward points or what options are there to redeem it.
