Hdfc Swiggy cashback not correct

This month I haven't recieved 5% or 1% in cashback. Only 10% for swiggy transactions is given. Anybody faced similar issue?

In cashback earned table also it's showing only 10% one

Yes under manage card in Swiggy if u see last it will show as ltf

Before apply it self it shown me LTF , I didn't taken any screenshot , I dont think now HDFC will change words 😀

I too thought same n took screenshot and after approval I inquired if it's ltf n they acknowledged the same n then I Activated the card

My HDFC Swiggy statement got generated yesterday and I am facing one issue

I have done the following transactions and I have not received any cashback for the Myntra transaction highlighted in red below:

23/05 Instamart 487 48.7
25/05 Myntra 2169
01/06 Instamart 292 29.2
06/06 Dineout 763 76.3
08/06 Instamart 236 23.6
11/06 Paytm 4750 47.50

For the remaining Instamart and Dineout, I have received 10% = total 177.8
And for the paytm transaction I got 1% = 47.50

This Myntra purchase was made on another account (another myntra account, but used my HDFC swiggy card)
Any idea why this is excluded for cashback?

HDFC Swiggy worst in 5% cashback there are no clarification. HDFC Swiggy have own seprate MCC for all merchants.

yes 5% is a vague area as of now. I have written complaint email to greivance@swiggy.in and HDFC customer care mail.
Let me see what happens.
Also if not 5%, at least I should have got the base 1%

it is hit and trial...myntra use multiple MCC..some are included and some are excluded

What did you buy on Myntra? if its 5399 them Myntra is not part of the discount stores mentioned in TnC.

Update: I had written to HDFC customer care and got this reply today:
We liaised with the concerned team and we have been advised that 5% cashback is not eligible for the transactions as there is reversals available.
