I got a voucher for May25, didn't even remember signing up for, maybe it was for june i don't know. but it doesn't have amazon/fk. best redemption seems to be swiggy money.

This offer is very good....more than 2% return apart from usual card spend RPs also above that.
See TnC also, is this 5000 can be fully availed for Agv or Swiggy etc or some random waste offers ?

I have not received the voucher & Reward points. I sent mail to customer services mail, and they replied below

Upon receipt of your email, we have checked with the concern department and they confirmed that you haven't opted in to April 24 campaign, thus wasn't part of the winner list. To Opt-in, customers have to click the Pariticpate Now button before the offer period ends.

Hence, your card is not eligible for the voucher.

Any suggestion? I clicked the Participate now from the Netbanking notification and it took me to the smartbuy deal page. But now they removed the deal page.

I escalated to HDFC Support mail, and they again declined. Then escalated same to Grievance and they confirmed me for 500 Swiggy voucher. Further I have replied now asking about the 410 Cashback point with the same offer.

I also didn't receive the voucher for the April '25 campaign. I raised a complaint with HDFC cards Priority Redressal on Aug 1st. They said they would respond by Aug 5th. On Aug 5th they said they would revert by Aug 11th. On 11th (today) they said they would respond by Aug 18th...

Should I still wait or escalate to PNO?

No I did not. On 18th I received an email saying that I will get the voucher within 8-10 working days. Nothing yet. And on 28th they sent an email saying they have closed the case on successful resolution and asked for my feedback! So on 30th I escalated to Grievance Redressal who said they will respond by 4th.

Meanwhile, I have not received the voucher for the May '25 spends as well.

Man, I so regret spending on the stupid HDFC DCP card. I would've reached the 15L Platinum milestone on Atlas if I hadn't!

An update: I finally received the Rs.800 worth vouchers for the April 2025 spend based offer late yesterday after a month of complaining, escalations and follow up with HDFC Bank.

The process was laughably manual. They emailed me a password protected Excel sheet that contained a list of things including the URL to the redemption portal and the user ID to the portal. I had to login with an OTP which then showed me the vouchers. I opted for BookMyShow. @Shaktimaan V2.0 @2025

Now it is time to start fighting for the May 2025 vouchers. 😩

yep, this might be it BUT i got an offer of 5k voucher on my card 3 months back even though i spent 12L in prior 9 months so i believe HDFC is pretty random

Generally if you’re a high spender, and then suddenly stop then also you might get spend offer

I guess depending on spending pattern they set the limits. If you regularly hit 1L then they 'sy increase it more like >2L

Also sometimes they send the offer after we spend a big amount in single swipe
