HDFC Credit Cards Hdfc spend based offer

guys where to get these offers never have got one till now on my hdfc card. no mail or sms received regarding any offer. is there any place to check these offer and apply for them? Thanks in advance.

Only through emails we get these offers usually from informations@hdfcbank.net. Plus core cards get more offers like these. Though sometimes Tata Neu Swiggy etc CCs do get them but lesser.

What about Infinia? have got no offer till date from when i got the card i.e from 2021 nov till date. Although yes one time i got some gift voucher in the email saying i did the required spend in the campaign period. Voucher was rs.5000/= but was not able to redeem it as it was saying expired even though voucher mentioned a month later expiry date... complined on smartbuy... they said talk to bank... complained there they said not our offer. and kept going on in mail chains and call voucher actually when pass the actual expiry date... so after that i left it as it became to much headache to claim it. But no such vouchers or mail regarding offers received. this issue occured last year in sep-october i think.

You left 5000. 😲You should go to RBI ombudsman.

Coming back to main conversation, I can't tell you about Infinia but for my case, I have Regalia, Tata Neu & Swiggy all Ltf. Out of 10 times, I get vouchers, 7 times would be for Regalia & rest for other 2 CCs. Atleast 2-3 times a year, I get these mails.
For Infinia, other members can help better.

Bhai 2-2.5 months follow up karte karte irritate hogaya... bcoz i had to explain everything again and again on each call...they never had any info about the complaint or the mails sent to them. They just kept saying the offer was from not our side contact hdfc bank... and hdfc bank said contact smartbuy team it would be their offer.. and the same kept going on... no one took the responsibility, so it felt like to leave it instead of taking so much stress because of it calling every other day sending mails.... no resolution...!!

Didn't know how long that follow up would have taken...already wasted 2-2.5 months on it..following up with hdfc bank and smartbuy team. it gets too much exhausting to just deal with these customer care people after sometime.🙄🙄

I can feel you. Calling with customer care team of any bank is so tiring, they are always clueless and keep holding calls till eternity. I always refrain from calling conversation. Mails are best. Go to higher teams & finally escalate till RBI-O. Though I never had to go till Rbi but I wish kabhi mauka aaye ye. Then I will also create a thread of how I got Rs.Xxxx money from xyz bank & reactions on that thread would boost my dopamine 😂
 
what if someone unsubscribed them? how to resubscribe?
There is no instant way to resubscribe afaik. But you can attach this screenshot & mail hdfc that you unsubscribed from promotional emails by mistake. Please re enable them. Like below:

I noticed when we spend large amount then immediately we get a spend based offer but that will be greater than the swipe we did in current month

Example for june if I spend 2L then my july offer will be to spend more than 2.5L

It happens all the time. Few months ago, I got spend based offer on Tata Neu for 36k approx. I completed it. Then next month for 80k approx. I skipped it. This month got for 1L+ so skipping again 😂
While I rarely used Regalia. There I always get offers of less than 20k spends.
