Hdfc showing paid cards despite of LTF offers

I am getting ltf offers from hdfc on NetBanking offers section from past one month but when I apply on their portal with that banner they hit my cibil and show me paid cards.
What to do?

Happened with me. They messaged me about LTF diners privilege and every time they showed paid dcb metal. But i finally took it citing the future infinia card. Though i could have got the ltf card easily by visiting branch. You can also try by visiting branch
