HDFC pre approved offer LTF or not?? Confusion

Few months ago I used to get DCP LTF pre-approved offer emails and when I actually enter my phone number and check them HDFC website it used to show as Lifetime Free Card. But I was waiting for Millennia LTF offer, so i ignored it.

I got an email my offers has been refreshed recently and on checking pre approved offers, I got millennia as Paid. So i was gonna ignore and wait for LTF offer. But I am keep getting Lifetime Offers emails (Attached Below).




Usually Like last time I got DCP LTF offers, when checking it through these links from emails it used to show as Lifetime Free Card. But here even after checking through email link it's showing as Paid.
So i escalated it to HDFC cc team and this is response I got:

So, should I risk applying to it even though it's shows as Paid as told by escalation team or wait for it to actually show as Lifetime Free Card in future offers?

The date on which you see "card" in the mycards app. For safety, yes, you can assume " application approval" email as a issuance.

30 days is enough time, you will be fine. Good luck.

No, this is just application form. You will receive separate email saying congratulations bla bla bla.

Card will be shipped in this-this days etc.

Keep checking mycards app.

Incase if they say it's paid I will just go to RBI. I have written mail confirmation right?

Again my suggestion would be not to go to RBI for this. Nowhere it said (yet) that Millennia (as of now) is LTF.

Hdfc cc is good to have. Then why making things messy. Hopefully they will convert it to LTF for you based on relationship. But, trying to force them is a bad idea at this stage.

Ok. 90% probability that you can get it converted as LTF. Only two word missing in that sentence "for you" in the response email that you received from escalation desk.

Also in the earlier email that you have received not specifically said "LTF Millennia" for you. I remember you said "LTF DCP" that you were getting. That's the reason I am not 100% sure. (Rephrased the sentences)

I did posted it in main post aswell though. Is it not showing for you? Please confirm it. So I can fix it

Are you using desktop/laptop? I scaled images on mobile lol😂. So you might have missed it. They looks messy in laptop last time I checked

Post activation and takes 2-3 months, sometimes early.

I got same spam mails and messages. when applied it was an instant rejection

No lol, hdfc does that automatically. I don't understand why are you playing with the app.

Let it settle 2-3 working days, once you stop receiving emails from HDFC, then look for last 4 digits and shoot an email for your confirmation.
