There are three lounges there,
1) Loyalty - Hdfc plat works
2) Adani - Hdfc plat works
3) Adani Premium Business class - does not work.

According to the receptionist at that lounge business class and first class tickets have complimentary invite to the lounge. However some Pranaam customers and Adani group members have also been given complimentary stay.

Personally I would rank the lounges like these:
Adani Business class
Amex lounge
Adani (May not have booze)
Loyalty lounge (Cheap booze, lets goooo!!!!!)

Ooops, forgot to mention there is Aviserv lounge as well. Hdfc plat works there too.
