HDFC not giving LTF DCB

I am an Alumni of BIMTECH, Noida + I have an imperia account which was part of the DCB alumni offer of HDFC, I asked my BM if I could have the DCB LTF as under the offer but they denied, even used the online complaint form to ask for DCB LTF but again they denied.


Does anyone know whom I can mail to get myself the DCB LTF??? And where I can find those email IDs of branch manager, cards VP, can’t find them on Google…
