As usual HDFC bank RMs, BMs, Manager are clueless.

Login > Pay > Cards > Credit Cards > Credit Card Summary > Add-on Cards > Request Card

Login to HDFC Bank
> To Pay > Credit Card

>select the Credit Card for which you want the Addon Card..


> then you will have a AddOn Cards at right bottom there you will have a option for requesting a Addon card
