Yes their software intelligence I used twice
Like if we turn off debit card for 2 months 3rd month we get a mail use ur dc for 1000 rupees tap and pay to get 250 voucher it can be petrol spend also
But the spending should be on a sat or sun
Something is better than nothing anyway

yes I received this offer via mail but you can also check these offers on the smartbuy platform

it says E commerce transaction, It might or it might not work with mobile recharge.
I think these are account specific offers not for everyone(I recently opened my account in HDFC maybe that's why)
Netsafe is a HDFC platform where you can generate virtual debit card

Netsafe is one use virtual card if u pay via it then it will not qualify for gift vouchers

When I did it was always atm turned off
Not sure how they validate
