HDFC DCB: Fees for redemption points for hotel booking

As per TC- On successful Points redemption/ Voucher creation, HDFC Bank Credit Card will be charged Rs. 99 + GST on the credit card except for Infinia and Diners Black credit cards. But this could change subject to HDFC Bank’s terms and conditions. Please read our terms and conditions regularly for any changes, if applicable.
So fees are not charged for redemption?

It was charged last time for me but was included in total during payment.
