HDFC DCB credit card half approved

I am applied for hdfc DCB credit card based on alumni offer.

They approved it.

Initially they approved it based on provisional certificate. They did cibil inquiry.

Now to issue card they are saying to share degree certificate.

But in my college they provided only provisional certificate, marksheet and TC.

Did you pass out recently? I read on some other thread that there is a minimum no. of years post the degree to be eligible.

Show them the provisional and tell them the college/university is yet to give me the original. Ensure the provisional certificate is attested.

🤣 He didn't take. With provisional certificate he joined in job and settled. He might think no need of that now at that time.

Now he thinking my college won't give degree certificate.

Actually alloting degree certificate takes time.

All the hardwork for that piece of paper and folks don't collect it that to of a primer institute.

Sometimes there could be some delay .. its our responsibilty to track it and take it if he could not attend the graduation ceremony

share the link or procedure how to applied... i m alumni... but on mail they are replying like they ve drunk...
